About Me
I am a graphic designer with a passion for translating complex scientific information into accessible visual narratives.
My Story
My training as a designer began in 1989 at Brunel University, London. On this four year degree I studied industrial design engineering and started my career working in the Netherlands before returning to the UK to design kitchen equipment for Kenwood.
After years of experience as a product designer, I transitioned my focus toward graphic design, emphasising the visual communication of complex scientific information.
In 2020, I graduated from The University of Portsmouth with a Master of Arts in Graphic Design with distinction. My interest in personal health, as well as the health of those I cared about, drove the focus of my work towards the visual communication of complex scientific information with the aim to create accessible health messages for broad audiences.
I am dedicated to promoting public health through effective graphic storytelling. My work emphasises clarity and engagement, ensuring that important messages reach a broad audience while maintaining accuracy and integrity in today’s visually driven world.
My skills include graphic design, illustration, presentation design, print design, and visual design.
